About

We are the world’s first AI-native, all-in-one hotel operating system. We are founded by repeat entrepreneurs who have spent the last half decade in hotels and backed by Tier 1 venture capital firms, having raised the "largest seed round in hotel tech history."

Our platform replaces the 40+ disconnected systems used in hotels today with one unified, agentic AI system that automates pricing, marketing, operations, and more. Our mission is to make running a hotel as easy as running an Airbnb.

We’re a team of seven based in New York City and we work in-person out a beautiful waterfront office in Williamsburg. We're currently in stealth but will share more with you live!

The Role

• Work with the full codebase - backend, frontend, integrations, and AI systems
• Rapidly shipping features that make our product truly AI-native (chat-first UX, voice, agentic workflows)
• Architecting and scaling the platform as we expand into the full hotel operating system
• Build a lean, high-performance engineering team over time

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or equivalent rigorous CS background)
• At least 2 years building & owning full-stack web apps end-to-end
• Prior startup / founding engineer experience a strong plus

Builder-owner mindset

• Someone who takes a PRD or business problem and runs with it, delivering high-quality solutions without micromanagement or very granular requirements
• Scrappy, resourceful, proactive, and enjoys having autonomy & technical agency
• Passionate about using the latest AI dev tools
• Strong written & verbal communicator — can articulate technical decisions and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders

Must-Have Skills

• Full-stack engineering: Node.js, NestJS, React, PostgreSQL
• Ability to own integrations, infrastructure, DevOps, and QA strong plus
• Curiosity or personal experience building agentic systems

Nice-to-Haves

• Building AI-native products in real production environments
• Experience at a fast-growing startup - ship-fast culture, low bug tolerance, nobody to check your work, etc.
• Front-end abilities to independently ship full-stack features/productsSkills

Must-Have

• Full-stack experience (Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Integrations, Agents, etc.) - we believe in hiring only full-stack devs for the foreseeable future - this person needs to be able to do their QA, DevOps, etc.
• Curiosity/ some experience building with LLMs, RAG chatbots, & agents

Nice-to-Have

• Experience building AI-native applications in prod (RAG, chat-first, voice UX).
• SaaS growth-stage experience (ship early & often mentality, ownership, etc.)
• Front-end skills to be self-sufficient in shipping frontend features.
• Critical Trait: A “builder-owner” mindset — takes PRD/business requirements and runs with them, delivering fast solutions without prescriptive documentation.
